Coffeöl is an international coffee shop franchise from Dubai, deep-rooted in the Golden Triangle. Confirmed by their clients, the reason for Coffeöl’s business success is the premium quality of their coffee. Having their own farms in Doi Chaang, a small village in the heart of the rich mountains of northern Thailand, they have full control over harvesting and roasting their own blends of pure coffee.

The Challenge
The client was expanding its offering to Europe, being their first direct contact with the western market. They needed help in defining a new brand strategy, matching the new audience’s needs, while retaining their eastern brand ethos.
The Solution
Extensive research has shown that one of the main ingredients in the brand’s essence was the eastern hospitality. We haven’t preserved, but amplified it. Predicated by adaptability, a new line of products, a friendlier, more personal brand voice and clear marketing had to be established, catering to a young audience. —(D)
